I am going to attempt to make a mini-topsy turvy cake for a dessert auction this weekend. I am wondering what size cake pans I should use. I would like to make it three tiers. It only has to feed 8 people at the table. It's a Willy Wonka theme...so it should be fun to decorate. It will be sitting out for a while before the auction...any filling suggestions would be appreciated. The cake will be chocolate. Thanks so much!

That's tiny. How about a cupcake for the top, 3" for the second and 6 for the bottom?

I didn't even think about a cupcake...but that would work. Thanks!
