My friend's wedding cake was chocolate biscuit cake recipe, and she just loved it and has asked me numerous times to make it for her. The only recipes I have found so far, are not what she had as her cake. Everytime I make it with a variation to the recipe I have, it reminds me more of a giant chocolate digestive biscuit, nothing like a cake at all. It tastes good, but just not what she wants. Being that we live in the US now no one here I know has ever heard of it. I've searching for the past 2 yrs for a recipe for this and no joy so far. I know from talking to people back home this was some what of a favourite for a few people at their weddings. Does anyone have a recipe for Chocolate biscuit Cake/ Tiffin Cake, that is an actual cake not just something that looks like a giant, broken up (if not very yummy) chocolate digestive?
