OMG!! Those sound amazing! Love the combinations you offer too. I don't suppose you're willing to share the recipe for the lemon drop cookie? That one made my mouth water immediatly!! Oh, and the banana scotchie one. Great site!!

Did you have to have a special license/permit to be able to ship them out of state?

I don't believe so. Should I? I am pretty sure there aren't any restrictions for out of state shipping. Does anyone else have to have a permit?

It depends. For example, in Ohio you can ship out of state if you are licensed, but if you are following the Ohio Cottage Laws (legal), then you can only sell within the state of Ohio. You will have to check with your state.
