I have a chocolate flavored Jiffy muffin mix, and want to send muffins with my husband to work to get the box out of my pantry. Any ideas for doctoring up the muffins?

I use buttermilk whenever I make Jiffy Cornbread. It keeps them really moist. Not sure how it will work for the muffin mix, but its just a thought. As for doctoring, you could add some white chocolate chips, or maybe some strawberries or cherries. Maybe drop some cream cheese in the middle, make something similar to a black and white. Just some thoughts. HTH
