A lady once gave me a recipe for amaretto cheesecake that called for 12 eggs and amaretto and for the life of me I can not remember where I put it. She said it came from a restaurant and the slices were $9.95 a slice - It wasn't the cheesecake factory though this wasn't around yet. Can anyone help me?

Knox gelatin has a great recipe for amaretto mousse cheesecake, very light and fluffy and delish. If you can't find it, pm me and maybe I can figure out how to scan it and email it.
