Just wanted to let you know that I experiented yesterday with Michele's fondant. I added about 6-8oz of Reese's Peanut Butter chips to the cooking process and the outcome flavor of the fondant was GREAT! I still used the recommended vanilla and I used the new Carribbean Cinnamon creamer for the liquid.
It took about an extra cup or so of powdered sugar and was a little sticky, but it rolled out great and handled great. I needed to make a burger cake and I thought I'd try this instead of gel coloring white fondant for the bun. Take a look at my pics, the burger is not the best but the bun came out pretty well.
I'll be using this again... my next try will be on cookies.. mmmmm!
