OK, I'm looking at these things and feel like they should be easy but I have a strange feeling I'll mess it up. Can anyone tell me how to make these rolled roses???

It looks like you fold a piece of fondant in half then just roll loosly ... I dont think you will mess it up...

They are called ribbon roses. Here's an old post I found that hopefully explains.
