HELP!!! I've looked everywhere and can't find the instructions for the gorgeous fondant wedding dress that lays flat, or pleated?, on cake. I've been asked to make bridal shower cake in 1 week. The cake needs to feed at least 80 so I'm doing a 14 in square topped with a 10 in square and wanted to do the flat bridal gown. The one in template section is not like the ones in the gallery sections which I love. Can anybody give me detailed instructions? THANKS!!!

could you make the shape of the dress but bigger to allow for pleating/draping? i made one but just let it drape off the corner of the cake (although i do really admire that design). i think there are lots of ways to get the look-hope that helps icon_smile.gif

Thanks Pouchet82. I'm probably going to try cutting triangles for the skirt. I'm putting the fondant dress on buttercream so there's not alot of room for error. Is there a pattern somewhere I could use? Does anyone know where I can find instructions for "Duff" roses/nosegay? You guys are the best! Thanks for helping and any assistance you can provide icon_smile.gif

The tutorial for Duff roses is in the patterns and template section. Make sure to post a picture of the cake when you are done!

It is difficult to find a remarkable plus-size wedding dress that will make them a bit leaner.
