IS THERE ANYTHING ON TV? ARE YOU MAD?????

The NCAA Sweet 16 Tournament is on! The Louisville Cardinals (Go Cards!) put a serious beatdown on Arizona.

I have a flat screen and a laptop in my kitchen. I could seriously live in here.

Just finished a wedding cake for tomorrow. It's a three tier square, seashell theme. I will finish assembling on site tomorrow, so I have two tiers assembled and the top tier will be put on when I deliver.

Now i'm just sitting here relaxing a bit trying to find something on TV. Here are some pictures...

I should be doing a frozen buttercream transfer for a 1/2 Dora 1/2 Transformer cake due Monday, but as usual I am on here instead. When I first joined and saw"Warning..highly addictive", I was like, yeah. ok. But now I wish I would have listened!!

I only have one cake due tomorrow and it is a small baseball themed b-day cake. It's baked, so I'll get up in the morning and decorate. Hopefully it won't take long and I can get this forsaken house cleaned. Been raining here for days, so can't do much anyway.

I am working on a small snowflake cake for a friend's daughter who is having her birthday party at the ice skating rink.

All the cakes are baked, leveled and filled. The snowflakes are piped and waiting to dry. The buttercream is made but not colored.

I am done for the night - the cake isn't due until Sunday so I have all day tomorrow to finish.

I am so tired tonight, I wouldn't be able to pull an all night cake fest if I wanted/had to!

Serenatea - that cake is so pretty!! your work is AMAZING!!

Thank you Leah...

It's white chocolate...it dried so much faster than royal...then it's lustered. The white coral dusted with super pearl and the other is dusted with champaigne luster. I loved the color of the champaigne...it matched her colors beautifully.

Since I have no weddings next weekend, we've decided to rip up the carpet and install hardwood, well Pergo, flooring on our first floor. And by "we" I mean that I will write a check to our contractor. Excited!

I'm doing a blackjack table cake, I did two wedding cakes and another groom's cake already today, and also delivered one. My feet hurt icon_sad.gif It's been a long time since I've had to work all day Friday, but now wedding season is starting up again. I told my husband that he shouldn't plan on talking to me until September, 'cause I'm not going to be in a good mood!

I got online to see what the cards looked like when they're dealt on a blackjack table, and kind of wandered over here...Back to work now!

Yep! Since a lot of us do wedding cakes and other party cakes that get picked up/delivered on Saturday, we're frequently working late on Friday Night. We're here to offer moral support, encouragement and occasionally solve problems.

Looks like everyone's doing good tonight!

isabow2,
Yeah, I won't do naughty cakes, but some bewbies covered by some lacy fondant or even tight cornelli to look like a bra and I'd do it!

Put your pictures and instructions together in PowerPoint or Adobe Player and then contact any of the mods listed at the top of the thread you want to post it on. Actually contact several mods as a number of them don't respond. The mod will ask you to post it as a thread and then notify him/her and the mod will transform it into a Sticky.
