I am making a baby shower cake this weekend. I'm making ducks in an old wash board tub. I'm looking for some ideas for the soap bubbles. One of my ideas was to use candy melts (baby blue) as the bubbles. Thoughts on that...looking for ideas? Thank-you in advance!! icon_smile.gif

You could use white candy melts for the bubbles, and dust them lightly with blue pearl or luster dust, so they have a slightly blue but shiny look...like a bubble! LOl

You could try handmaking your own fondant pearls in different sizes and coat them with pearl dust in whatever color you like.

This is the route I would suggest.

Of course, if you have any sugar experience, blown sugar bubbles would be SWEET lol, but you'd have to charge premium for that (at least I would).
