Measure 1/2 cup corn syrup into measuring cup. Add one cup of sugar to corn syrup and stir gently. Stir in one teaspoon of water. Place measuring cup into microwave and cook on high temperature for 6-6.5* minutes. The mixture needs to reach 320 degrees or hard crack stage. Pour a spoonful of the sugar into cool water...it should make a cracking sound and keep it's shape when it hits the bottom. Microwave longer if it does not. Add 30 seconds at a time until it has reached this stage. If the mixture starts to darken, it's been heated too long.

The best way to make a mold is Silicone Plastique, you can get it here - http://www.culinart.net/silicone.html They are very helpful on the site to help you figure out how much silicone you need to order. This is by far the easiest way. There is a cheaper way with liquid silicone from any craft store and a half clay mold, but it might be too difficult to manage with that shaped bottle.

Cover the whole bottle with it, then slice it in half to remove it from the bottle. I use hockey tape to keep my molds together then pour the sugar in. When the sugar is cool I cut the tape and pull the mold apart. I make hollow, bottomless bottles. I have a beer bottle mold and a wine bottle mold - would love to see a Patron bottle!
