Poor Anne!!!!

The bride she was paired with was awful! Who fasts for 3 weeks, much less right before doing a FN Challenge??? Did she not know that she would be in the kitchen for 8 hours? I wish Anne would have talked her out of that horrid design she came with. Anne's work is sooo much better than that!

I am happy for Buddy though. It's about time that he one a challenge!!!

I was bummed for Anne too! Her bride was a little stinker. She broke my heart at the end of the program. Bless her heart.

I missed it at 8:00 I just got on here and saw it, is there to be a repeat? Thanks
post #28 of 233
Yeah they will repeat it. Probably next Sunday at 7 if not before.

I hate that too. She is so talented and that bride...ewwww...she just really tanned my hide. The way she kept bad mouthing Annie was horrible...maybe if she had came up with a decent design and not fasted before an 8 hour physical challenge Annie could have won.

Ok, I may have b beer and pretzel taste, but I liked Anne's cake, simply because it was the closest to what THE BRIDE wanted. She may have been handicapped by having an assistant who knew nothing about cakes, but with that factored in, I think she did a good job translating the bride's dream cake into a reality.

I think the judge's comments of "those colors were terrible" and how "....if the cake had been brought into a reception, there would have been tears" was out of line, because IT'S WHAT THE BRIDE WANTED. I just don't like the concept of a bride says "This is what I want" and a cake decorator saying "No you don't .... THIS is what you're getting."

Buddy did a very pretty cake and I've no problem with the final results of the show.

If I had been the chick who ended up with three cakes, I would have taken the thousand bucks and RUN!

There will bee a repeat tonight at 12 am pacific im guessing 3 am eastern?
Did anyone saw Norman Davis in the audience? he's right behind Kerry Vincent when thay are before the judges part, his assistant is sitting right by him.

Also, I think that the bride of pink box says something awful because is the only bride that they dont show answering the: "do you like your cake?" part.
