Bettercreme At Sam's Already Made

Ok, What do I do with it, How do I flavor it? It dosent taste that good alone. Should I have not bought it. Please help need ideas

I have used the icing from Sam's before. I bought the real big tub.. whatever size that is.

You can use it as is, you can take some out and add more powdered sugar and or flavorings.... you can treat it like you would your own. I found that I couldn't get it to crust so I add some m. powder and some more powdered sugar to it. Haven't used it in a while but it can sure help in a pinch... or if you don't like to make icing..

There is an amazing thread.....Help!Gourmet Flavors. They talk alot about Bettercream and what to add. MacMom has some GREAT ideas. Sorry I cant attach the link, just do a search for it. It has over 900 posts and takes a while to look through but well worth it. Great flavour ideas using frostin pride and bettercream from Sams.

Sam's also offers their version of buttercream (I think it is But-R-Cream), which is a totally different product. You want to make sure that you have the Bettercreme. Bettercreme is purchased from the bakery and comes pre-whipped and frozen at Sam's. Here is another ongoing discussion ...
