I would love to find out who from CC is going to That Takes the Cake in Austin this weekend. I am going by myself and I would love to make some new friends during the show. So ..... Are you going? Going to the Gala? By yourself? What are you wearing? Are you staying for one of the Celebrity Classes?

i'll be there too and i'm dragging boyfriend with me! we're coming in from dallas. we will be attending the dinner gala and i've signed up for both showcase demonstrations on sunday. this will be my first competition! i'm really excited for this weekend and i can't wait to see all of the other fabulous cakes out there!!!

we should write on our badges "i (heart) CC" (similar to the I (heart) NY logo) so we can find our CC friends!?!?

I will be there also. I am coming w/ my dd and 2 of my dsisters. I am not sure bout the gala my daughter and I may attend if there are still tickets. We are just going to wait and see.

Rudy's barbecue is wonderful and the rub they use on it is not spicy. The "sause" (that's how Rudy's spells it-not a typo!) has a kick, but the meat itself is just yummy. Their cream corn is to die for, so be sure to try it if they include it on the buffet.

My hubby is coming with me and we are going to the gala. I am also signed up for both demo's on Sunday.

hubby and I will be there Saturday. Just found out his mom will come up and watch our boys, so now I am going to see if any demos or the gala still has openings/tickets.
