Oh, I paint...on cakes, I scrapbook...my cake pictures, I draw...cakes. So, no I don't think there is anything I do that is non cake related. Isn't everything about cake though?
What?! There are other hobbies?
I am now expanding my cake hobby into a cupcake, cookie and cake hobby! LOL
I try to scrapbook my kids pictures, I try to read books But I can try and try and try to do other things but I see cakes everywhere I go!
I've always ben a painter....since I was a kid. When I was in the 4th grade, I had a painting win a spot in the Brooklyn Museum of Art. Here's a link to some paintings from the past couple of years...

Drawing, painting, sewing (draperies and slipcovers, not clothes), interior decorating, and gardening (flowers and veggies/herbs). I've been wanting to learn stain glass art, that's my next venture.
adven68, your paintings are awesome.......WOW!
geocaching, camping (we're a Scouting/Guiding family, can you tell?! ), knitting, reading, gourmet cooking...I scrapbook too, but it just seems to be my cake portfolio that gets done right now!
Living most of the time in an RV I don't have room for the supplies any other hobbies need. I do some jigsaw puzzles, and reading.........that it
cross stitch and collect antique asian china and international coke items.
I read when I can ... and i could read more if I'd just log out of CC once in awhile! Fortunately, I'm a speed reader so when I have a couple of hours (like when we drive back home to visit family), I can get a whole book read.
I have a 75 gallon salt water fish tank... but i've been neglecting it since starting caking... and i have more scrapbooking supplies then i know what to do with and haven't touched since I started caking... lol
I like to sew tote bags, make jewlery and collect sea glass-
I'm still trying to figure out what to do with all that sea glass....
I love to scrapbook, but like the above post , since I started doing cakes I haven't scrapbooked much.
wow.... where to start! crochet, knit, maching knit, scrapbook, card making, sewing, reading, gaming, internet, CC, cakes, CC, cakes, CC, cakes, CC, cakes - oh and being an awesome Mommy - when I'm not on CC....
Sewing, making any kind of craft, dancing & my children. Oh also trying to own a business with my husband.
I also crochet, internet games, grandchildren, sewing, camping, fishing.. that about covers it..besides working full time and cake decorating.
It's so true......everything is cake related in someway!!!!!!!LOL
I love camping , being a beach bum, and riding my motorcycle . Yes, I am a motorcycle mama.... and nana. My grandson is my other full time hobby. He is three and my little cake apprentice!!! Now that my kids are grown I get to pursue my passion as a cake maker and turn it into a business.

Foremost, I LUV to read...at any given time, I am usually reading at least 3 books. One on my bedside table, one by my chair in the livingroom, and one in my vehicle/purse for when I have a few mins to kill, while waiting somewhere.
I make homemade lye soaps...with herbs and essential oils. Used to sell them at festivals (with my best friend)...but we both work full time in nursing and have families...it was just too much...giving up every spare moment to make it and then to sell it.
I love to go "antique-ing" with DH and friends. Don't get to do it as much as we used to. I am most interested in primitives.
Gardening/home canning is my summer hobby.
Cake decorating is a hobby for me, as I work at the local hospital for my day job. I wish there were somewhere to work doing cake decorating, but all we have is WalMart and HyVee....I don't think I'd be interested in giving up my pay and benefits to work at either of those.
geocaching, camping (we're a Scouting/Guiding family, can you tell?! ), knitting, reading, gourmet cooking...I scrapbook too, but it just seems to be my cake portfolio that gets done right now!
we geocache too! Found 5 this weekend.
I've been a quilter for 20 years now, but have barely touched it in the last 3 months because I've been practicing making cakes -- oh, and did I mention that friends just bought me the cutest fabric with chocolate cakes all over it, and I found an adorable yellow fabric covered with cupcakes? Take a look:

I belong to a re-enactment group, spin (wool not biking), historical cooking, read, write, and the list goes on...
Lori 17201,
Can you elaborate on "historical cooking"? Is this tied in with your re-enacting?
sewing, jewelry making, scrapbooking, dancing, crochet, knitting, computer gig..wow, I can keep going!
Edna

i like to make floral arrangements.... i like to take one stroke painting... i love to mess around with my children and grandson... i like to ride the big truck with my husband when i can...
I love to read Ann Rule books... i crochet, cross stitch, cook and try to keep up with my 3 yr old and my one yr old. I love to help my husband with his Scouting stuff... and i am guilty, i watch soap's once a day...
