I am in the process of getting all the numbers together for my business plan, as I am planning on opening up a bakery in Red Bank, NJ sooner rather than later this year. I'm having a really hard time finding vendor price lists online to get an idea of what my weekly costs for ingredients would be. Does anyone have any suggestions?
