I would say Leahs, cause her cakes are amazing and she's from Louisville. But I'm pretty sure that she hates Topsy Turvy. You could definitely talk to her about it though.

I used to live in Evansville and isn't Louisville on the other side of the state of KY from E-ville? Anyway, when one of my sorority sisters got married about 4 years ago she used The Rolling Pin Pastry shop for her cake (she used them the first time she got married too). It was really tasty (both times). HTH
