Can you freeze a cupcake after its been filled? I would be frosting them later. Has anyone ever done thIs? Is there any specific filling that freezes better? Do you let the cupcake defrost before icing?

Thanks in advance

Hi, I have frozen them with jam (jelly?) and caramel in them beforeand they have been absolutely fine. I think as long as whatever you are using to fill them can be frozen without splitting you will be fine.
I don't usually worry about letting them defrost before icing them.

Hope that helps
