For those that have cupcake shops, do any of you use the Deluxe oven for baking cupcakes? If so, what has been your experience with baking cupcakes in the deluxe oven? I've heard from someone that says they take too long...what's your take?

I do. I have the CR 2-4 SD. I bake in both ovens. I find that the temperature changes CONSTANTLY, so you have to check and adjust often before and during the baking process.
I try to bake at 325, but have went as low as 275 and as high as 350, depending on the recipe. Lesson learned: If paper pulls away from cake, lower the baking temp!
