I am making a cake to be filled with Bavarian Cream. I was making it and when I was finished it seperated. Is there anything I can do to save it? Or do I have to start over? Is there pre-made Bavarian Cream I can buy?? Please help(

you can order it online at global sugar art or any cake supply store. What do you mean it seperated...did the bavarian cream break down or did the cake seperate from the moisture
