I am planning to make cookies for a relative. She did us a favor and as a thank you I want to make her cookies.
She works in a jewelry store. I have a diamond ring cookie cutter and that is the only idea that I can think of!!! It's one of those times that my mind is blank!!!
I need more ideas for cookies beside the ring cookie!! Please any help will be appreciated. 
Use small flower cutters and make pendants for necklaces. Add ribbon to the back with royal icing for the chain, or package first and then add the ribbon. Do a set with two tiny flower earring to match. You could do a bracelet and watch using wider ribbon as well. Add gold or silver luster dust for added sparkle. Hope that helps.

Please help!! . How do I incorporate the earrings and pendant ideas with cookies? Do you mean to make the earrings out of cookies?
I can't make her a cake because she lives in another state and I thought cookies are a better choice for shipping.

You can make a cookie that looks like a cake....
Yes, the earrings and pendant would be cookies. Make them as large as you like. Look up images of flower jewelry and that should give you some ideas. You can also punch a hole into the pendant before baking and add a ribbon after you finish decorating. Add RI flowers like the ones I have on my cake cookies in my photos for more depth, or make fondant ones. You can also add dragees and luster dust for sparkle. Package the earring and pendant together on a cardboard square with a dab of icing or corn syrup and put into a bag. You can make as many "sets" as you like, or package them like you would real jewelry into a black lined box using tissue paper instead of velvet. A bracelet can be made by punching holes into opposite ends of several small flower cookies before baking and after decorating weave the ribbon in and out under each flower giving the illusions of a linked bracelet laying flat. Make the holes large enough so the ribbon can be pulled out easy. I hope this helps, and makes sense.
HELP - I made 25 balloon shape cookies. I am now tying a thin red licorice rope aound the bottom "nozzle" part (I think I saw it on Flickr or here on CC) - they look great as I am bagging them now & closing them up! -- BUT will the rope licorice make the cookie SOFT where I tyed it and then I will wake up crying with broken off cookie bottoms in the bag before deilvery? These are the licorice rope old fashioned kind, not the softer pull and peel so I hope it is dry enough to stay hard! opinioins? Thank you so much for your input. (hope I made sense as it is LATE & past my bedtime!)
