Hello!

I was wondering what edible ink should I use for my fortune writing, while cookie is baking? I used reg. ink one time..oops..didn't think it would of smeared but does anyone have any ideas what to use best? Please let me know asap as my man is deployed and want to get this finished for him to send out in time for Valentines day. Thanks so much~

I would use the edible pens that Michaels/Wilton puts out...have you tried those? I wouldn't use a regular BIC pen -- ick---it's not food safe.

post how you ended up doing it. Also, did you search on Fortune Cookies? Perhaps you could PM a cookie-maker and see how they resolved this.
