Check out MacsMom's google docs (in her signature). There is a cannoli filling recipe you could pair with a white, chocolate or vanilla WASC. I'm sure there are other good combinations as well.

In the beginning I really intended only to help come up with flavor ideas, not publish my entire cookbook icon_redface.gif

icon_lol.gif I think you should publish a cookbook, I'd buy it!!! No need to now though since you have been so generous already! No problem, I guess I will have to use my imagination like you and see what I can come up with. If I come up with any yummy ideas, I will be sure to let you know...it's the least I can do icon_wink.gif Thanks again!

I use coconut creamer in place of the milk in my BC, and add LoRann coconut flavoring (or any extract, but LoRann has a better flavor).

I'm a third vote on the cookbook. I'd buy it. I'd even do what I could to help you publish it. Of course, I don't know how much help I'd be getting it published! Maybe MacsMom and some of the other CakeCentral all starts could combine efforts for a CakeCentral cookbook? It could be similar to a cocktail book - a mix and match tool box for awesome cake flavors! Now I'm gettin' all giddy!

Thank you MacsMom! That actually dawned on me earlier today, thanks to you and reading this thread. No one around here sells LoRann except in B'ham, do you think it would taste ok if I used the coconut creamer instead of BC but still use vanilla or almond flavoring?

Macsmom, I want to make your cheesecake filling and I'll be using banana flavor; I know some of Lorann's oils are stronger than others, shoild I use 1 dram of the banana like the strawberry recipe?
