I've attached my cake contract that I came up with. I googled cake contracts and you'd be surprised how many will pop up. I just pieced this and that together with my own ideas and came up with this. I also have a separate form (or I would call it a small booklet) that I use for my consultations that if the bride wants to book later, all I have to do is pull that out...it details the flavors, fillings, etc; the grooms cake, any additional cakes and breaks down the cost, deposit, and due dates.
