When I was young I had a major sweet tooth, but now find that anything bigger than the "Wilton-sized" slice is too much. I made a two-tier practice cake this weekend (10" and 6") and brought it in to work; after nibbling at the scraps this weekend, I'd had my fill and didn't want any when it was time to eat an actual piece. As for the frosting, if I don't take that first taste, I'm fine - but the more I taste, the more I'm inclined to eat. Hopefully I'll get past that too -- it sure makes the waistband tight, in a hurry!
