Thanks for starting this thread - I feel like I'm getting to know CCers better! I'm actually surprised mine was not taken when I joined as it is taken everywhere else I try to use it. This is my Chinese zodiac sign.

I always knew I was a horse (there are 12 animals) but only as an adult found out that there are 5 elements as well so your element + animal only comes up every 60 years. Interesting fact - they used to kill girl babies born in the year of the firehorse - we are considered to be too headstrong, opinionated - basically "unmarriageable". And no, I've never been married, not even close. Who knows, maybe now that I do cake! icon_biggrin.gif

On the flip side (embarrassingly I was told this by a lady at a dinner party who turned out to know my parents!) a firehorse woman can kill a man in bed..... icon_lol.gif

Chalk mine up to another boring one! I was just too excited to get on the site that I just made my name my real name and first initial of my last! Good thing I'm much more creative with other things! Coming up with names isn't one of them. Hmmm, this also reminds me of how long it took us to come up with names for our pets and kids...I may have a real problem here! icon_lol.gif

Yeah mine is boring too... Tray2... My Name is Tracy and my sister always calls me Tray... I had a yahoo e-mail "TracyDrew2" (2 becasue I could not recall the password for [email protected]...) so I just added the 2 on to the Tray and came up with Tray2...

When I signed up here on CC, I had no idea how much I would love CC and be here all the time, I just did not think to much about the name I gave myself... I once attemtped to change my name to Cake-a-Doodle (The name my 3 year gave my business) but was advised not to by the help desk.... I am going to stick to the boring Tray2 for now... lol icon_smile.gif

mine has lots of meaning behind it "for me" . . . my son and (now) daughter in law asked me to make their wedding cake icon_eek.gificon_eek.gif . . . since I hadn't made a cake in almost 20 years (and those were just kiddie cakes for my son as he was growing up) . . . it seemed like a crazy request (but I didn't want to let them down, so I agreed) . . . they were going to be releasing butterflies as part of the ceremony (which took place in a beautiful garden) . . . so with butterflies on the brain I began searching the net for ideas on how/what to make for a cake . . . I found this site and needed a user name . . . butterflies aren't really "my thing" but dragonflies have had lots of meaning for me (when my dad passed there was one card that stood out among ALL the rest . . . it was, you guessed it, dragonfly related . . . that card touched me deeply . . . if I was ever to get a tatoo it would probably be a dragonfly) to me dragonflies represent transformation, adaptation and insight . . . and strength . . . hence DRAGONFLY . . . the DREAMS portion is pretty easy to figure out . . . I was "dreaming" of pulling it all together and being able to achieve what seemed like an impossible task at the time . . . I have dragonflydreams regularly . . . sometimes I am successful, other times they are just dreams (not yet realized?) . . . WAAAYYY TMI??!!! icon_lol.gificon_lol.gif

I am really involved with the scouts as well, my son is only 3, so i make cakes for his office functions and for some of his cub scout blue and gold banquets... so it fits. not really boring, but not really exciting...

My CC name is the name of my business. SweetDreams was already taken, so I added the first 2 letters of the town I live in...

My real name, CeRae, is made up from my Dad's nickname in high school. His first and middle names are Charles Ray, and his nickname was C. Ray. So my parents changed the spelling and named me after him. I joke that I'm really Chuck Jr. icon_lol.gif I did eventually find out the family secret that he's not my biological dad after all (ooops), but that's another story icon_wink.gif

Mine is the state I grew up in, and my favorite animal... It was actually a last choice when I signed up for my email account, but I find it's original enough that I can use that sign-in name just about anywhere, and I almost never have to come up with something new or add numbers. Always good. So it's kind of my online persona, since I use it everywhere.

Tubbs is a character in a British TV show I love (The League of Gentlemen). She's played by a man and it's all very odd. I did have her picture as my avatar but I think people found it off-putting. Now I have the Clangars, another British show from when I was a kid.

When we were looking for a name for our new puppy a few years ago, Tubbs ended up being her middle name (Flossie Tubbs Wallace), and when I was looking for an on-line name, Tubbs jumped to mind. I like it because it's gender-neutral, which is an advantage for some boards and groups.

My real name is Lynette. Nanette came from my nephews inability to pronounce the letter "L" in words when he was learning to talk. For a little while he called me "N"-nette. By the time he was 3 he managed Nanette. Then came my nieces, who thought their big brother was King of all he surveyed, who followed his lead and started calling me Nanette as well. Now he's 10 and the girls are 6 and 7 and they still call me Nanette. The number 1 was a typo.
My nieces and nephw call me Nanette. My family and old friends call me Lynn. My business contacts and new friends call me Lynette and my Godson calls me Tia JoJo. I may have an identity crisis soon.

BUNDT- My neighbor gave all her nordic bundt pans (39). I ended up keeping a fews and used them for decorating on the wall in the kitchen. Later, I sold most of them at a garage sale.

DIVA- We own 2 rescue pugs, DIVA and DHARMA. BUNDT DHARMA Sounds Weird so I picked BUNDT DIVA.
