Rice paper from the'art' department

I bought a pad of rice paper in the artist's paper section of Hobby Lobby yesterday. I'm going to try to use it on a cake tomorrow (just a practice cake for home) but I was wondering if anyone knew if it is any different than the 'edible' rice paper that you can buy online? TIA!
