Hi! I hope you can teach me on how to make a stilleto cupcake topper. I really, really, need it badly. I have a client who want's a stilleto cupcake topper and I dont know how to make them.

There are stiletto templates in the template section. I would just shrink the pattern down when you cut it.

If you're not sure on assembly, check out the article section. There is a beautiful high heel in there.

For the stiletto part, I would just roll a sausage shape out, then thin one side. On the fatter side, press it onto the table to kind of widen it and give it a nice flat edge for attaching to the underside of the shoe.

You might also want to do a search for shoe or heel in the 'how do i' forum. There might be a lot of great instructions in there.

make them out of piped chocolate or royal icing, like the photo someone attached.

why not? just make it the size you need - by photo copy or however you can.
