how do i make fondant taste good?

If you are using Wilton fondant, then there is no fix for that. There are some commercial brands that taste good. Personal taste is a major factor here.

You can also make your own fondant. It tastes much, much better and is a lot less expensive. I have attached the link to my recipe.
