Hi,
I normally use BC. I do like the idea of trying the addition of piping gel.
Denise, is this to pipe gold for instance, or for any color?

I have been using RI when piping over fondant. I had to layer the RI, let it dry, then add another layer of design, etc. when I made my daughter's wedding cake. The RI dried hard, which made it so much easier for that situation.
