I suck at laying out cupcake cakes. I just told my DH that I must have a projector!

Anywhoo, how would I lay out cupcakes in the shape of the Eiffel Tower? I need to use about 30 cupcakes.

Thanks for any help and if you have overall suggestions on doing this I appreciate it. Hopefully I will be able to get a projector after the 1st of the year!

Now that I have had some sleep I think I got it.
I really shouldn't try to figure cake stuff out when I've been up with a sick toddler.

Thanks anyway! icon_smile.gif

I think A great way to plan your cakes would be to have a bunch of paper circles the same size as cupcakes. Then you could rearrange them and play with them before settling on a layout!

when the cupcakes come fresh out of the oven start arranging them then. they are soft and you will be able to get them alot closer together then when they are set and cold. i have also used the square cupcake pan to do these, makes lining them up alot easier.
