It's almost midnight. The cake is due tomorrow..it's for a retiring senator...I don't know him personally. My husband's boss requested this cake. What do I write on it?? (I know, I should have asked what she wanted it to say)

She said she wanted a banner on it. I made the banner and now I'm looking at it, through bleary eyes, wondering what it's supposed to say.

Is "Best Wishes" appropriate?
(she's very flexible so she'll be ok with whatever I write, within reason)

That's latin and means in english "Seize the day" - a good advice for retired persons in my opinion...
