I would like to make peppermint patties. The recipe calls for peppermiint oil. I have Now brand 100% Pure and Naturaloil and it says it is for culinary and aromatherapy. To bake with it, it says to dilute but by what ratio and with what to dilute.

Thanks

There should be a strength % on the label. You might have to try to find a good mix yourself. In general peppermint oil is very potent. I would figure out how many cups your batter makes. Divide in 1/2 or 1/4, take that amount and fill a container with water and start dropping in some oil, count the drops because you need to multiply for your batter.
Keep tasting until you find the strength you desire.

Hope that works for you!
