I've been trying different frosting combinations that include Rich's Bettercreme and marshmallow fluff. I've added flavored oils and it's been great. Now I am wondering can I top the cupcake with this combination then dip into melted/cooled chocolate or chocolate ganache and chopped peanuts. Will the Bettercreme/marshallow fluff hold up to being dipped in chocolate or will it melt? I did not want to use buttercreme. Any advice is appreciated.

That does indeed sound tasty! I don't know. Perhaps someone with more work at Bettercreme will see this.

Bump!
