I am glad that it was just a practice bouquet! I made my favorite choc cake recipe which is Barefoot Contessa's choc cake which may not be the best for cuppies. Plus, it was an afterthought after I had iced and decorated them for the RV park's Thanksgiving potluck. I think I need a bigger styrofoam ball in the container and the lollipop sticks I used were not the right thing. BTW, why does styrofoam cost so much?

I posted a picture today of my cupcakes so I hope this shows up. It was my first time decorating cupcakes with piped bc and I was pleased. I did notice that my icing did not cover the cc dome and maybe that's why they were dried out after just a couple of days and fell off the bouquet?
