Ok, I'm going to do a turkey cake for Thanksgiving but I'd like to make something other than WASC. I would like to do a fall flavor cake, maybe spice, pumpkin, something like that. Does anyone know of a good recipe? TIA!

I have a friend who made this cake and it was great. I haven't made it yet (will tomorrow), but judging from eating it, I think it would bea good cake to carve. My friend said she doubled or tripled the pumpkin spice in it. HTH
