I've noticed a big difference in the way the Magic Line pans bake compared to the Wilton ones and I'm considering replacing the Wilton pans that I have with Magic Line. I've noticed that the Wilton cakes bake much darker, almost like a crust but the Magic Line ones come out baked perfectly... no dark outside. Is this my imagination or has anyone else noticed this?
