Okay, this is probably a silly question, but I need to know... Does anyone know how long does Wilton's ready to roll fondant stay good??? I can't find a expiration date on the package anywhere.. Thanks for the help..

It probably never expires!

Homemade fondant with fresh ingredients can last several months at room temp, up to a year in the freezer (maybe indefinitley in the freezer).

Wilton's tastes like it is so full of preservatives that it may be like a Twinkie and last a lifetime, lol.

With any fondant that you plan to store for a long'ish amount of time, slather it with shortening and wrap it well in plastic wrap, then put in a ziploc bag for extra security that air will not cause a crust to form.
