Two questions, Please help if you can....

Do you think I could use a regular chocolate candy mold to make my cream cheese mints in?

Is there an easy way to get them to release from the molds without stretching out?

I keep having issues with whatever I use to make them. I want something kinda pretty and not just the little pillow puff like the after dinner mints. icon_cry.gif

They make lots of silicone type molds for cr. cheese mints. I remember using one when I made my wedding mints 23 yrs. ago and I saw some in hobby lobby not long ago--roses, leaves, etc., lots of shapes. The mints pop out really easy--you just dip the cr. cheese ball in sugar, press into mold and pop them out.

You dip them in granulated sugar.
