I've decided to explore cookie making a little more. I was wondering about freezing cookie dough. The dough I'm thinking about is for wedding (or crescent) cookies, chocolate chip, oatmeal, snickerdoodle, peanut butter.
Thanks in advance for any help you can give me!

Why not just make the dough bake them and than freeze them? I have done that and they taste just as good after being frozen as they did the day I baked them. Take them out the night before needed or the day of and they will thaw in no time.
