I made the dough, rolled and cut out cookies for my son's class this past Friday (the 7th), yesterday was insane and I totally forgot about them until a few minutes ago. I still need to bake and decorate them, they have been in the frig since I rolled them out.

Are they still okay or do I need to start over?

I need to send them to school on Friday so I am thinking I will bake Tuesday. Are they okay to stay in the frig until Tuesday? Would it be better to bake them tomorrow?

TIA for your help. icon_smile.gif

As long as the dough is not dried out the cookies should be OK. I make cookie dough, wrap it and seal it in a ziplock bag. I then leave it in the refrigerator till I need it. I have left cookie dough in the fridge for up to 2 weeks and it is OK to use.
