Can anyone tell me if regular semi-sweet chocolate can be used in candy molds instead of candy melts. I don't care for the taste. Any suggestions would be great.

TIA-

Yes, you can. It would be best to temper it, though, so it turns out with the right texture and sheen. The advantage of candy melts is you don't have to temper them.
