I made apple cupcakes last night and the flopped big..scratch recipe that seemed to have no flavor despite cinammon, nutmeg, etc and sunk in the middle. I also made a carmel flavored bettercreme to frost them with so don't want to waste the frosting...anyone have a quick cake mix idea that would go well with these. Have to deliver in the am. I cannot access the cuppie recipes from work...they block us. thanks for your help.

I think it would be good on a spice cuppy just using a spice box cake. HTH
