Up to 1/4 cup water. Grease the inside of a stand mixer bowl and the paddle attachment, add 2 TBSP water, then the gumpaste mix, then up to the next two TBSP water (the ratio will vary depending on heat, humidity, etc.) Hope that helps some! icon_biggrin.gif

ahh...i don't have a bag! but I think i remember it was a Tblspoon of warm water at a time...you can add little by little until you feel it's mixed right...bee careful though because you don't want to have too much water.

I hope someone else has a bag! good luck!

My bag reads 1 tablespoon of warm water for every 1 cup of mix.

i've got the mix its says:
Directions: 1 cup gum paste mix and 1 tbsp hot water. Blend 1/2 of the mix and water in a small lightly greased bowl. Stir in the balance of the mix. Mix and form into a ball. Grease lightly and wrap in plastic. Let stand 24 hours.
