this is the second Monkey cake i made today. it keeps fallinf in the center. what could possibly be the problem. using 7 up pound cake recipe from grandmother. i've used this several time but here lately the cakes keep falling. please help gotta have by 1130am est. i'm getting so discouraged i started doing cakes for other b/c people kept asking after coming to my friends and relatives event that i baked for.

not everyone knows your grandmother's recipe. If you would like some help knowing the moisture to flour ratio would help. You also know flour does change from bag to bag.
