can anyone please link me to a tutotial/s on how to make these?..i have a ganache covered cake for next month & groom (yes the groom!) wants chcolate roses on their cake..any help asap icon_smile.gif will be highly appreciated..thanks a bunch... icon_smile.gif

I have used Tootsie Rolls for chocolate roses. They turned out great and tasted great, too!

Do a search for tootsie roll roses and starburst roses -- they're done the same way.

Same as other color fondant , just use chocolate fondant.

thank you all for a quick reply..i actually have toba garret's book & she has an instruction there but kind of a lot of work needed.i'm hoping to find a much simpler way ..will definitely try out your suggestions/links & see which works best for me...thanks again..you're all very generous thumbs_up.gif
