I'm looking for coatings for cake balls that will harden like chocolate.. I have a few flavors I want to do that I don't think will go with chocolate or white chocolate... I saw on the website for The Cake Ball Company, they say their wedding cake balls are covered in "a rich vanilla coating." Where can I find this coating? Or anything like it? And what other flavors and tastes might I be able to substitute for chocolate?

Vanilla coating is like white almond bark or Merkins white drops, or basically, white chocolate. Candy melts, too.
