Need Wilton Superman Pan Instructions

I bought the pan on Ebay and it did not have the instructions. I am making it next month and would like to do a trial run. Can anyone help me out? Thanks.

Thanks for the help. I am actually doing the cake as a weightlifter instead of superman so hopefully I can swing it. I need to try to find the face plate. I'll keep you posted!

If you can't find the face plate, you could do a buttercream transfer.
