I just finished my cuppies and they came out great! I baked them for 25 minutes and they domed great. My only problem was that the peach sunk to the bottom and I really wanted the peach to be in almost every bite! But, the glaze was great on them and this would also be good for breakfast.

Here is a pic of them. I will definitely try this recipe again.

jenmac75.. They look yummy! They turned out look wise a lot like mine looked. My peach pieces did not sink at all, in fact they were somewhat sticking out the top of the batter! Funny how a recipe will turn out different for everyone !

I know, next time I will need to put a bigger piece in the batter so maybe it won't happen again. Watch, next time it will be close to the top! Who knows.

Sounds good to me Jen. I'm glad they turned out pretty good. I can't see your picture but I bet they looked beautiful. I guess I'll tell who the winner for #6 is on Monday. icon_biggrin.gif

I don't know why my pics come up sometimes in the forum and not other times. Sometimes it drives me crazy!

Can't wait to see who the next person is. That seemed fast this time for the peach cuppies!!
