Both were awesome! I love the idea of the cookie throwdowns. I only wish I was talented enough to compete. Maybe if I keep tweaking my skills. You ladies are amazing. I am in awe!

There is so much to admire about both entries. The Cinderella bouquet has so much detail. I love the beautiful "scene" set with Hansel & Gretel. It's one of my favorite stories (I collect gingerbread children's books!).

Congrats to Yankeegal for receiving the most votes on the Cinderella Cookie Bouquet!! Thank you to both of you for going to the effort of creating your gorgeous cookies and sharing with the rest of us. Thanks to the voters too... 100 votes in all!!

Thanks Sweetdreams....

I think we need to compile a list of all that would like to participate in the cookie throwdown. I am going to start one and encourage all who are interested to sign up. If you are interested, please PM me and I will post the list after say 1 week if that is okay with everyone?

Maybe if you offered to spot them a 50 vote handicap? You're cookie decorating skills are a bit intimidating!

I don't want to discourage anyone...and would be happy to forego my turn so others would participate if that is the problem? I like to see everyone's different styles of cookies as well.

I hope everyone realizes I was joking when I said I'd have to be bribed to compete against yankeegal! (Though, I think the extra votes are what it would take to win!)
